Launched through a partnership between Nova School of Business and Economics and the Westmont Hospitality Group, WiTH is setting new benchmarks in the integration of industry expertise with academic rigor to address global challenges in tourism and hospitality management.
 
WiTH’s goal is to become a leading, international center of excellence in the field of Tourism & Hospitality education and research, fostering a culture of innovation, impact, and collaboration. By creating leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators, it aims to transfer the principles, mindset, and best practices of hospitality into all customer-centric organizations across various industries.
 
Under the academic leadership of Professor Graham Miller, an international expert in Sustainability and holder of the Instituto Rodrigo Guimarães Chair, Research has become a key area of value creation within WiTH. Current and future research will focus on the role of business in climate change, sustainability, and regenerating the planet. This research will bring together a network of researchers to conduct applied research projects within an innovative ecosystem.
